I’ve searched the Internet and found some random recipes that sounded right, but none actually came out right. So I thought I’d see if anyone here has a favorite recipe to share. I’m not particular about what the recipe calls for, as long as it involves persimmons and chocolate chips, and as long as the cookies are SOFT. Thanks!

P.S. I know it’s not the season for persimmons, but if I don’t post this question now — while I’m thinking of it — I probably never will! *chuckle*
Swirly, all of those recipes sound great – thanks! Have you tried any of them? I appreciate you finding/sharing them, but I’ve already googled some of my own and none came out right. That’s why I’m hoping to find recipes that come with a “personal recommendation” — something someone’s made themselves and can say “hey, this is good!” So, if you have a favorite among the recipes you posted, please let me know. They sure sound great!!
