I am looking for 2 cookie recipes…One is a soft chocolate cookie on the outside and has a coconut filling inside. It is almost shaped like a hershey’s kiss after it is baked. The other is a soft chocolate cookie on the outside and has a peanut butter “suprise” filling inside. It is not the same as those peanut butter balls with the rice krispies in it and dipped in chocolate. It is actually a baked cookie. Thanks for your help!
