I was wondering if this is even possible. If it is, what would you replace the cocoa powder with? It obviously must be some sort of powder. Your answers are greatly appreciated!

   The chocolate cocoa powder and add little bit of vanilla extract or if you still.

   The cocoa with van pudding mix itll work fine.

   We make a similar cookie at our school kitchen, we just use custard powder instead of cocoa and a few drops of vanilla essence.
