asked:

What is the substitute for raw eggs? I have a cookie recipe that is not cooked but has a raw egg in it.

If you have mayonnaise you could try using that. Real mayo has egg in it. I know this can be done with cake but not sure if it would work in cookies. You would use about 1/3 cup per egg.
